1. About these terms

By using this site or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. What you're paying for

We sell timed practice exams, question banks, and marking services on a one-off basis. Every product includes a fixed access window (usually twelve months from date of purchase). We are not a subscription service; there is no auto-renewal.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. We refund within seven days of purchase if you haven't opened any of the exams in the pack. Once content has been accessed, we don't offer refunds except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Access and accounts

Accounts are for a single household. Sharing account credentials with parties outside your immediate family may result in the account being suspended.

5. Content and copyright

All questions, passages, explanations, and interfaces on this site are our original works. You may use them for your own family's practice. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them to train third-party models.

6. No school-entry guarantee

Selective-entry pathways (QASMT, BSHS, OC) are competitive. Nothing on this site is or should be read as a guarantee that your child will gain entry. Our product improves preparation quality; entry decisions rest with the schools.

7. Non-affiliation

We are not affiliated with QASMT, Brisbane State High School, ACARA, NAPLAN, or the NSW Department of Education. Trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Human marker feedback

Writing submissions are reviewed by an experienced educator with written feedback within 48 hours where marked-writing tests are part of the pack. AI tools may be used to draft the initial critique; a human marker always reviews and approves before feedback is sent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in Queensland courts.
